Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Bunny Trail, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to the app, its updates, and related services.
Your license to use Bunny Trail
Bunny Trail is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the app, except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
Purchases and advertising
Bunny Trail may offer optional in-app purchases and rewarded advertising. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and Apple’s terms and policies apply to those transactions. Ads may be provided by Google Mobile Ads and are subject to the choices described in our Privacy Policy.
Any purchase details, price, and availability shown in the App Store or in the app may change. You can use Apple’s standard restore-purchases process for eligible purchases made through your Apple account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Bunny Trail only as allowed by law and these terms. You must not interfere with the app, bypass purchase or advertising controls, use automation or unauthorized tools to manipulate gameplay, or use the app to infringe another person’s rights.
Ownership and feedback
Bunny Trail and its content, including its software, artwork, puzzles, names, and branding, belong to the developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, while keeping any rights you may have in the underlying feedback.
Availability and disclaimers
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Bunny Trail at any time. The app is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer and its licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of Bunny Trail. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Bunny Trail after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Your license ends automatically if you materially breach these terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the app.
